How do I place an order?

For one of our Classic or Special Cakes, you can order online here.

For bespoke cakes or for weddings, it’s best to email us at bethany@cakesbybethany.co.uk with the following information:
Your name, contact telephone number and email address.
The date you’d like your cake for.
How many portions you’d like from your cake.
Your flavour(s) of choice.
Any design ideas you have for the cake (photos if you have them!)
Any budget you’d like to work around.

Do I need to pay in advance?

Yes – whether you place an online order or arrange a bespoke order with us at bethany@cakesbybethany.co.uk, you will be required to pay in full before we can begin any work on your cake.

For bespoke, non-online orders, you will be given payment details as well as a unique reference number which must be used when making payment so that we may trace the payment back to your order.

Can I come for a wedding consultation?

Wedding consultations are by appointment only and usually take place on Saturdays at our Congleton based bakery.

We offer one complimentary, non-obligatory, consultation per couple (any subsequent appointments required can be arranged for a fee of £50.00).

What is your Cancellation Policy?

Weddings

Deposit payments are non-refundable three months or closer to the event date. Final balances are payable six weeks prior to the event date, after which payment has been processed, will be fully non-refundable.

All Other Orders

As all of our products are made to order, orders are non-refundable on any cancellation six weeks or closer to the event date.
